The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 2-4 working days for Western/Eastern Europe and 3-5 working days for Northern/Southern Europe.

AustraliaGreat quality item - poor customer service and courier options
The quality of the chair is fantastic and worth the money. It is so comfortable to sit in and it was easy to assemble. I will have to give four star not due to the fault of the product itself, but rather the customer service and courier. Once my order was placed (as a surprise birthday gift), i was sent an email that the item could not be deliverd to my local Australia Post. I then replied to this email within minutes of placing the order to update the address to my home address. The customer service representative ensured they would update the courier of the home delivery address. Unfortunately, they did not. I was concerned as to why my order wasnt arriving and i contacted the courier ‘to my door’. The address was updated but my order was further delayed as the courier does not have a warehouse or anywhere to leave the item in Canberra if i am not home to collect. They also said the main warehouse in syndey doesnt deliver to canberra until they have enough orders. Overall making this delivery challenging to be a ‘surprise birthday gift’ when you must have it delivered to your door , with very specific avalibility for delivery.
